Before travelling: complete online check-in
After booking, use the Guest Zone to complete online check-in. Do it before arriving, while you have time to read the instructions. Check that the phone number and email address on your reservation are correct, as we use them to send your entry information.
You do not need an appointment to collect a key from a member of staff. Self check-in lets you fit arrival around your train or travel plans, once your booked stay has begun.
On arrival day: check your messages
We send your individual code and full entry instructions on arrival day, by email and text message at the same time. The code is linked to the times of your stay. Keep the message somewhere easy to find when you reach the door.
If you cannot find it, check the messages related to your reservation and your spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us. Do not publish your code or share it with people outside your booking.
When can you enter the room?
Check-in is from 15:00 in May-September and from 14:00 in October-April. Check-out is by 11:00. Having a code does not automatically give you earlier access. If you need to enter your room sooner, discuss that separately.
You can arrive late in the evening or at night. You do not need to give an exact arrival time or meet staff. Online check-in must be complete, and your stay and code must be active. Access is available within your booked stay.
Independent arrival, with someone to contact
Reception is usually staffed from 9:00 to 15:00. Outside the season, on-site hours are irregular. We are available remotely when we are not at reception. If you need help, call +48 513 122 041 or email hotel@seasidesopot.com.
