Breakfast is served at Billy’s, a 2-minute walk from SeaSide. June-August: 8:00-12:00. Other months: 10:00-12:00. Depending on your offer, breakfast may be included in your stay.

Complete online check-in in the Guest Zone. On arrival day, we send an email and text message with your personal access code and entry instructions. The code works during your booked stay. Check-in is from 15:00 in May-September and from 14:00 in October-April. Check-out is by 11:00. You do not need to meet staff or tell us your arrival time - you can enter at any time after your stay begins.

Yes. Self check-in works around the clock once your stay has begun and your code is active. You can also arrive late in the evening or at night.

Reception is usually staffed from 9:00 to 15:00. Outside the season, on-site hours are irregular. When we are not at reception, we are available remotely. You can enter the property yourself using your access code.

Parking is behind the building, on the grounds of the Pomeranian Rheumatology Centre. It costs PLN 120 per day. Spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. Access is from Piastów Street. Allow for heavier traffic in central Sopot during summer.

In winter, almost all rooms except Economy have a sea view. In summer, natural greenery on the dune obscures the shoreline. Room descriptions explain the position and view; trees and vegetation may partly obscure it from May to the end of September.

Fast Wi-Fi, Kimbo coffee, teas, small snacks and sweets, eSpring filtered water, bed linen, towels, toiletries, heating and beach chairs in summer. All at no extra charge. The coffee corner is open to all guests around the clock.

Yes, we accept small pets. The fee is PLN 80 per night. Please inform us and agree the stay in advance so we can prepare the room. Pet rules are in our terms.

Yes. Send invoice details as soon as you book, and no later than before payment. Once a fiscal receipt has been issued, changing the document may no longer be possible. See our terms for details.

Yes. Many guests combine their stay with treatments at the nearby rehabilitation centre. Walking between the buildings takes only a few dozen seconds. Details are at zdrowie.seasidesopot.com.

We send the access code on arrival day, by email and text message at the same time. The message includes full entry instructions. The code becomes active when your booked check-in time starts.

Enter the code in the designated booking form field. Use the voucher once, for one reservation, within the validity shown in the purchase confirmation. Full conditions are in Appendix 3 to the terms.

You can leave luggage free of charge during reception hours. We are usually on site from 9:00 to 15:00; off-season hours are irregular, so confirm your intended time with us. Early room access and late check-out require separate confirmation.

Towels can be changed free of charge after 3 days of your stay. Please ask reception. If you need an earlier change, ask about availability and terms.

Cleaning is on request only and is free after 7 days of your stay. It does not take place automatically every day. For a shorter stay or an earlier clean, contact us to agree what is needed and any charge before the service.

The SeaSide entrance is level, without steps. Three Standard rooms, the Deluxe Apartment and Superior are on the ground floor. Other categories are upstairs, reached by stairs. There is no lift and no threshold at room entrances. Showers have low trays with a threshold of around 4 cm. If doorway width matters, ask us to check the measurement before booking.

Check your email, spam folder and text messages, and make sure you have completed online check-in and your booked check-in time has started.
