Start with the exact address
“Near the beach in Sopot” can describe very different locations. Before booking, open the map, find the property entrance and check the route you would actually walk to the water. This matters on a two-night break, when travelling with luggage or if you want to return to your room during the day.
SeaSide is at Plac Zdrojowy 3 in Lower Sopot. The beach is about 40 m away and the pier about 100 m away. The promenade runs beside the property. See our location and directions.
A beach location and a sea view are separate things
Even beside a beach, the view can depend on the floor, building layout and plants outside. SeaSide’s Single and Deluxe rooms face towards the sea, but dune greenery and trees partly obscure it from May to the end of September. In winter, the sea can be seen from almost all rooms except Economy.
Economy rooms face the inner courtyard and parking area. Choose this type if the location and layout are what matter most to you. Photos help you compare rooms, while the description explains details that one photograph cannot show.
Read the size as well as the room name
There are 12 rooms in six types. They are compact, ranging from around 10 m² for a Single to around 30 m² for a family Superior. Standard and Deluxe doubles are about 13 m². The Deluxe Apartment has a separate bedroom and living area. Check both the guest capacity and the bed arrangement.
This can be a convenient base if you plan to spend most of your day out. If you need plenty of shared indoor space, choose by the actual floor area. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Compare the room types.
Match the offer to the way you travel
Coming by car? Parking must be reserved in advance and costs PLN 120 per day. Want breakfast? Check whether the chosen offer includes it. Arriving late? Complete online check-in and read your access-code instructions.
