From your journey to your room
Arriving, step by step.
- Before you travel
Complete online check-in in the Guest Zone, using the link sent with your booking information.
- On your arrival day
You receive an email and a text message with your individual code and instructions. Check your spam folder too.
- When check-in opens
Check-in: from 15:00 in May-September, from 14:00 in October-April. Check-out by 11:00. Your code works for the hours of your booking. Once active, it lets you enter independently, including in the evening.
At the door and unable to get in?
Check that online check-in is complete and your booked check-in time has started. If the code is missing or does not work, call us. For urgent help, do not wait for a contact-form reply.
Reception is usually staffed from 9:00 to 15:00. Outside the season, on-site hours are irregular. When we are not at reception, we are available remotely. You can enter the property yourself using your access code. Independent entry after code activation does not mean that reception is staffed around the clock.
To the car-park entrance
From Grunwaldzka, turn into Piastów. At the old Evangelical church, turn left beyond the restriction sign and follow the cobbled lane to the barrier. Use these instructions for your arranged parking space.

By train
Look up services to Sopot station in the operator’s current timetable. From the station, head towards Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street, Plac Zdrojowy and the promenade. The arrival instructions above show the correct entrance.

By car
Parking is behind the building, on the grounds of the Pomeranian Rheumatology Centre. It costs PLN 120 per day. Spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance. Access is from Piastów Street. Allow for heavier traffic in central Sopot during summer.

By bicycle
Reach Sopot using the Tri-City cycle path network. The coastal route lets you combine the ride with views of the beach.

By boat
Boat services depend on the season, weather and operator’s schedule. Before planning your trip, check the departure and arrival ports and the sailing for your chosen date.
