How to get to SeaSide Sopot ?
Pedestrians should go towards the Pier in Sopot. There is a lighthouse right next to the pier. You should face the sea and have the lighthouse on your right. Turn right after the lighthouse and walk along the promenade for about 50 meters. On the right you will find the entrance to SeaSide Sopot. Depending on the season of the year, than can be a little coffee garden in front of the building. If you walk along the sea on the beach, you should look for the entrance no.23. When you find it you are at the right place 🙂
Car parking closest to the pier in Sopot
The parking spaces that we provide to our guests are located on the parking lot closest to the Sopot pier from all available in Poland. This is a small car park in the back of a historic building. In order to use it, it is necessary to reserve a place in advance.
When coming by car, go to Piastów Str. and then towards the sea. This is the closest parking spot If you have not booked a place for you car at the SeaSide. This is free of charge parking spot only from 8 PM on Friday till Monday 9 AM. The majority of Sopot streets is under the paid parking zone so expect charges, at least 3 PLN/h.
Free parking in the city zone is possible from 8 PM fill 9 AM next day. It is also possible at all times at the EcoParking next to the ERGO Arena sport venue and concert hall. There is a shuttle trolley “Ergo Arena-Sopot centre” during summer season. More parking spots can be found on this page.
How to get around the Tri-City?
Bicycle is the most pleasant way to explore and move around the Tri-City. There are many private bike rentals throughout the city. You can also get there by scooters. An app of a selected company is required to operate a scooter – BOLT, QUICK, LOGO SHARING
Electric scooters are a solution for people who like driving on streets and avoiding traffic jams and admire easy parking. Costs and available options can be checked on websites of the operators: blinkee and ecoshare.
Carsharing is the perfect solution for rainy days or with small children and visiting further areas of the Tri-City. The cost is about PLN 0.50 / min + PLN 0.80 / km. Transport publiczny – the easiest way is to get to the Sopot station by train and walk down the famous promenade – Boh.Monte Cassino Street. This is also the way to get from the airport, as there is a direct train from the airport to Sopot train station. If a BUS is an option, then the nearest bus stop is about 270 meters from the entrance for lines 122 (from Gdansk) and 187 (from Gdynia). We strongly suggest a free app JAKDOJADE, which finds best routes for all public transportation means. The app has an english language version.
By ships and yachts – accessing SeaSide Sopot from the water seems to be the easiest way. Either you choose to come by a local cruising fleet or by a yacht or motorboat, you just turn left after leaving the pier.
